Deposit Policy for Lyle St Tattoo
This policy is in place to protect the time of the artist, protect your health and to know what is expected as a client/booking process. If you have any questions don’t be shy to reach out and contact the shop.
All appointments require a deposit to book. Deposits are 200$ and are non-refundable. Deposits will be held until final session of your tattoo project. If an extra date is needed, we will set that up before you leave. Your appointment is only confirmed once a deposit has been secured.
We require 72 Hr notice to reschedule an appointment. If you reschedule twice or give less than 72 Hr notice we will require a new deposit.
Changes in tattoo concept, direction, or design from which was originally discussed at time of booking will result in forfeit of deposit.
To complete projects in a timely, efficient manner and provide the best quality of tattoo, you agree to complete the project within one year of deposit payment. Deposits are forfeit and a new one required if the project has been stopped for 12 months.
Tattoo designs are only to be seen in person the day of the appointment. They will not be sent via any digital media. Minor adjustments can be made together day of, and if I am that wrong than we can probably benefit from an in person consult.
THINGS WE NEED FROM YOU
For the day of your appointment don’t show up sunburnt or heavily tanned within 30 days.
You cannot have injury’s, abrasions or bruising in the area you are getting tattooed.
You cannot be breastfeeding or pregnant to get tattooed.
Do not consume alcohol 24 hours / caffeine 3 hours prior to your session.
At the time of booking let us know if you are on any medications, antibiotics, allergies or have any medical procedures scheduled. Many medications do not allow you to be tattooed.
Please arrive on time, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without reaching out to the shop, your appointment will be considered a ‘no-show’.
You MUST be 18 years of age.
Not following any of these instructions will result in a loss of deposit
If you were provided with any additional / different information from one of our artists it will override these rules.
